A key program requirement is that the participant be able to hire, monitor and manage their PCA staff members.

ELIGIBILITY

The PCA Waiver Program is open to any Medicaid member (on Husky A, C, or D) that can self-direct staff and meets functional requirements established for the program. Eligible clients are between 18 – 64 years of age and meet institutional level of care.
